Leadership in preschools 1984-1989, special projects on organisation and reforms in Reykjavík preschools. I’m a leader of a Gender studies research group, and member of Multicultural research center, Early childhood Education research center and Youth and children research center at Iceland University. I’ve been working at cultural literacy study with professor Guðný Guðbjörnsdóttir Iceland University and professor Sergio Morra at University of Genua for years. I started that work as an assistant 1993 but has been participant since 2001. I’m now working on my Ph.D thesis on cultural literacy of preschool children supervised by professor Guðný Guðbjörnsdóttir Iceland University. It is supposed to be finished 2009.
